These are in-flight ventures and venture-building efforts at different stages, from early exploration to operating businesses. I list them so the record is complete, not to imply that each one is a funded company or that every one of them will survive contact with the market.
From founder to board member and investor
Building companies taught me how decisions feel inside the business. Board and investment roles taught me to evaluate those decisions from the other side of the table.
I have served as a director, board member, chairman, adviser, Entrepreneur in Residence, and direct investor across healthcare software, interoperability, patient engagement, supply chain, life sciences, cybersecurity, agriculture, and venture development. These roles taught me how to evaluate founders, recognize weak governance, distinguish technical progress from commercial progress, plan for strategic buyers, and decide when a company needs more capital, different leadership, a narrower thesis, or a graceful stop.

Several of these investments never produced an exit. I list them because the losses informed how I evaluate companies now.
